When we deliver

If you order before 2pm Tuesday, we will deliver on the Friday of that week. Orders received after this will be delivered on Friday of the following week. Our courier partner is Royal Mail and all orders are sent out on Thursday’s to be with you next day on the Friday.

Where we deliver

All items in our Farm Shop are available for delivery to Mainland UK, excluding the Highlands. We don’t deliver to the Highlands, Channel Islands or internationally at this time.

How to order

Add items from the Farm Shop to your basket and pay using the secure checkout. Once your order has been place you will receive an email confirmation from Wild by Nature. On the day your order is despatched from the farm, you will receive another email confirming delivery for the following day.

Receiving your order

Non-frozen items/charcuterie should be stored in the fridge and consumed before the best before date on the pack.

Our packaging is designed to make sure that all items stay below 5c for 48 hours, meaning that all frozen items are safe to refreeze.

Your fresh meat will arrive frozen. When it arrives put it straight into your freezer and consume before the best before date on the pack. Once thawed, consume within three days.

Leaving your order in a safe place

Our deliveries are made with “no signature required”. Almost all of our orders are delivered Friday AM but can be any time on a Friday. In the event that nobody is at home to take delivery of your order, our courier will leave your goods unattended in a secure place. We do no accept liability for any issues that may arise as a result of the delivery being left unattended. If your delivery is refused or not accepted at the address provided, we can not take responsibility for this and can not offer a free replacement.

Packaging your order

We have thought long and hard about our packaging, in a perfect world we would do away with packaging completely. But to get your order to you in great condition we need a way to protect it and keep it at the ideal temperature.

Our packaging is sustainably sourced and as environmentally responsible as we can make it. Our cardboard boxes are reusable and recyclable. Our insulation is made by Wool Cool from sheep wool. Our ice packs are made by Sorbafreeze from recyclable materials and are reusable. We use fully biodegradable vacuum-pack materials for our meat, so once you’ve enjoyed what’s inside, the packaging can go straight into your food waste or into your recycling. Our header cards are also recyclable — just remove the staples first (Please note some products still use our old style stickers which are not recyclable). A small change that helps us reduce waste while keeping your meat fresh.

Minimum orders

There is no minimum order to purchase items on our website. Your delivery charge is based on weight:

Under 2kg £3.99

Over 2kg - under 10kg £5.99

Over 10Kg - £7.99

Collecting your order

For those living near Lower House Farm, or heading to the Black Mountains for a getaway. Orders placed online before Tuesday at 2pm, are available for same week collection from Lower House Farm on Friday between 11am - 4pm. Orders received after 2pm Tuesday will be ready for Friday of the following week. Order your meat online.

Subscription Information

Delivery Schedule: Your first box will be delivered on the first Friday after you place your order (we only deliver on Friday’s), with further deliveries scheduled quarterly based on your order date - on Fridays going forward.

Billing: Your first payment will be processed on the day you sign up. Your card will then be charged on that same date each subsequent month.

Managing Your Subscription: Your subscription will renew automatically. If you need to make any amendments, please email us at orders@wildbynaturellp.com.

Cancelling Your Subscription: You are able to cancel your subscription at anytime. Please email us at orders@wildbynaturellp.com.

Preorder Boxes

Orders that contain preorder boxes or items will be delivered together on the preorder release date. To receive non preorder items sooner, please place separate orders.
