Our Beef Snacking Salami inspired by the Black Mountain’s farmhouse made with our regeneratively farmed Beef raised on our farm. Made by hand in small batches, and cured with guajillo chilli, red wine and garlic for a sweet subtle heat, complex, smokey flavour and coarse meaty texture.

Delivery or Collection

Online orders are delivered via Royal Mail.

Your order will be delivered on the first Friday after you place your order (we only deliver on Friday’s). Please make sure your order is in before Tuesdays at 2pm for the same week delivery

Alternatively, your order can be collected from the following:

Lower House Farm on Fridays between 10-4pm.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place and consume before the best before date on the pack.
