Delivery or Collection
Online orders are delivered on Friday via Parcelforce by midday, or can be collected from the following:
Lower House Farm on Fridays between 10-4pm.
Chesters Wine Merchants, Abergavenny on Fridays between 10-4pm (Show your charcuterie box receipt in-store to receive a bottle of Sandro Fay Valgella for £25)
Please make sure your order is in before Turesdays at 2pm for the same week delivery
Storage
Store in a cool dry place and consume before the best before date on the pack.
Sustainable Packaging
We use fully biodegradable vacuum-pack materials for our meat, so once you’ve enjoyed what’s inside, the packaging can go straight into your food waste or into your recycling. Our header cards are also recyclable — just remove the staples first (Please note some products still use our old style stickers which are not recyclable)
A small change that helps us reduce waste while keeping your meat fresh.
