Our Beef Sausages are made with Red Wine, Garlic, Wholegrain Mustard and Fresh Herbs. Made by hand on the farm from native breed, grass fed beef.

Beef (90%), Salt, Spices, Garlic, Red Wine, Thyme, Rosemary, Wholegrain Mustard, Natural Casing

Natural Pork 400g x 2 packs

Our sausages are made from pigs that live outdoors, like pigs should. Seasoned simply with sea salt, black pepper and a pinch of nutmeg to allow the deep flavour of the pork to shine. Made by hand on the farm, with natural casings.

Our Oaxacan Sausages are a regional Mexican style beef sausage made with coarsely ground garlic, chilli, cider vinegar and fresh herbs. Made by hand on the farm from native breed, grass fed beef.

Coming from the brisket of our grass fed cattle. Our meat is dry aged for an intense, deep flavour. Great for a quick meal or a Summer BBQ.

DELIVERY OR COLLECTION

Online orders are delivered via Royal Mail

Your order will be delivered on the first Friday after you place your order (we only deliver on Friday’s). Please make sure your order is in before Tuesdays at 2pm for the same week delivery

Lower House Farm on Fridays between 10-4pm.

STORAGE

Your meat will arrive frozen. When it arrives put it straight into your freezer and consume before the best before date on the pack. Once thawed, consume within three days. Why we freeze our meat.

Cooking and INgredients

Our sausages can be cooked from frozen. Pre-heat the oven to 180c. Separate the sausages on an oven tray and cook for 20 minutes or until done.
