You’ll be guided through a tasting of three varieties, all made in-house by Sammy, while learning about the craftsmanship and techniques behind each one.
To complement the experience, Jake will expertly pair each charcuterie with a selection of brilliant wines, sharing his knowledge and insight into the perfect balance between food and wine.
