Our Farmhouse Coppa comes from the beautifully marbled, tender shoulder fillet of our free range pigs.

We take the whole muscle and dry cure it with juniper, coriander, sea salt and black pepper and then air dry it for three months. When sliced thinly it has a melt in your mouth texture, complete with rich creamy fat and a savoury aroma.

Delivery or Collection

Online orders are delivered on Friday via Parcelforce, or can be collected from Lower House Farm. Please make sure your order is in before 9am Wednesday for same week delivery. Find out all delivery information.

Storage

Your charcuterie will arrive chilled. When it arrives put it straight into your fridge and consume before the best before date on the pack.
