Delivery or Collection
Online orders are delivered via Royal Mail.
Your order will be delivered on the first Friday after you place your order (we only deliver on Friday’s). Please make sure your order is in before Tuesdays at 2pm for the same week delivery
Alternatively, your order can be collected from the following:
Lower House Farm on Fridays between 10-4pm.
Storage
Your charcuterie will arrive chilled. When it arrives put it straight into your fridge and consume before the best before date on the pack.
Sustainable Packaging
We use fully biodegradable vacuum-pack materials for our charcuterie, so once you’ve enjoyed what’s inside, the packaging can go straight into your food waste or into your recycling. Our header cards are also recyclable — just remove the staples first (Please note some products still use our old style stickers which are not recyclable)
A small change that helps us reduce waste while keeping your charcuterie fresh.
