In the box you’ll find a selection of our favourite items.
Each box contains enough meat to feed approximately 6 people.
What’s in the box:
NATURAL PORK SAUSAGES - 400g (approx 6 sausages)
Our sausages are made from pigs that live outdoors, like pigs should. Seasoned simply with sea salt, black pepper and a pinch of nutmeg to allow the deep flavour of the pork to shine. Made by hand on the farm, with natural casings.

OAXACAN BEEF SAUSAGES - 400g (approx 6 sausages)
Our Oaxacan Sausages are a regional Mexican style beef sausage made with coarsely ground garlic, chilli, cider vinegar and fresh herbs. Made by hand on the farm from native breed, grass fed beef.
Beef (95%), Salt, Spices, Garlic, Cider Vinegar, Thyme, Oregano, Natural Casing
BRISKET BEEF BURGERS - 900g (6 burgers)
Beef Burgers from the brisket of our grass fed cattle. Dry aged for an intense, deep flavour. Great for a quick meal or a Summer BBQ.
Our native breed cattle are grass fed, slowly grown and ideally suited to the raw and rugged hills on which they reside. On the farm, we hang and dry for at least a month before breaking down the animal. For beef that has a distinct flavour and texture.
WILD CARD - 600g
In addition to the above, we also throw in a wild card item, which varies depending on seasonal availability.
Some examples we have sent out in the past are: pork chops, skirt steak and butterflied hogget leg.
